앱 내 프로필 화면 하단의 "회원 탈퇴" 버튼을 통해 직접 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 시 모든 데이터가 즉시 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.You can delete your account through the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the Profile screen. All data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
로그인 상태를 확인해주세요. 로그인하지 않은 상태에서는 기기에만 기록이 저장되며, 로그인 시 서버에 동기화됩니다.Please check your login status. Records are only saved locally when not logged in, and will sync to the server once you log in.
기기의 무음 모드를 해제하고, 볼륨을 확인해주세요. 일부 게임은 헤드폰 사용을 권장합니다.Please turn off silent mode and check the volume on your device. Some games recommend using headphones.
앱을 최신 버전으로 업데이트해주세요. 문제가 지속되면 앱을 삭제 후 재설치하거나 이메일로 문의해주세요.Please update the app to the latest version. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or contact us via email.
