이용약관

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 EduRenaline(이하 "앱")이 제공하는 집중력 훈련 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 관한 기본적인 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
- "서비스"란 앱이 제공하는 집중력 훈련 게임, 학습 기록, 루틴 추천 등 모든 기능을 의미합니다.
- "이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
- "회원"이란 앱에 회원가입을 하고 계정을 보유한 이용자를 의미합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
- 본 약관은 앱 내 또는 웹사이트에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
- 앱은 관련 법령에 위배되지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 사전에 공지합니다.
제4조 (회원가입 및 계정)
- 이용자는 Apple ID, Google 계정 또는 이메일을 통해 회원가입할 수 있습니다.
- 회원은 자신의 계정 정보를 정확하게 유지해야 하며, 타인에게 계정을 양도하거나 공유할 수 없습니다.
- 회원은 언제든지 앱 내에서 회원 탈퇴를 할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
제5조 (서비스의 제공)
- 앱은 집중력 훈련 게임, 학습 기록 관리, 루틴 추천 등의 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 서비스는 연중무휴 제공을 원칙으로 하나, 시스템 점검 등의 사유로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
- 앱은 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 종료할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 공지합니다.
제6조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인의 개인정보를 도용하는 행위
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 앱의 소프트웨어를 역공학, 디컴파일 또는 분해하는 행위
- 기타 관련 법령에 위반되는 행위
제7조 (지적재산권)
앱이 제공하는 서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, 소프트웨어, 음향 등)에 대한 지적재산권은 앱에 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 앱의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제, 배포, 수정할 수 없습니다.
제8조 (면책 조항)
- 앱은 천재지변, 전쟁, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중지 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 앱은 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 앱이 제공하는 훈련 프로그램은 의료 행위가 아니며, 의학적 진단이나 치료를 대체하지 않습니다.
제9조 (분쟁 해결)
본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해결하며, 관할 법원은 서울중앙지방법원으로 합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service set forth the basic terms and conditions for the use of the focus training service (hereinafter "the Service") provided by EduRenaline (hereinafter "the App").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to all features provided by the App, including focus training games, learning records, and routine recommendations.
- "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- "Member" refers to a User who has registered an account with the App.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes)
- These Terms become effective when posted within the App or on the website.
- The App may modify these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, and will provide prior notice of any changes.
Article 4 (Registration and Accounts)
- Users may register using an Apple ID, Google account, or email.
- Members must maintain accurate account information and may not transfer or share their accounts with others.
- Members may delete their accounts at any time through the App, and all data will be deleted upon account deletion.
Article 5 (Service Provision)
- The App provides focus training games, learning record management, and routine recommendations.
- The Service is provided year-round in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance or other reasons.
- The App may modify or discontinue the Service, and will provide prior notice in such cases.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Misusing another person's personal information
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App's software
- Any other activities that violate applicable laws
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights in the content included in the Service (text, images, software, audio, etc.) belong to the App. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify such content without prior consent from the App.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- The App is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or telecommunications service outages.
- The App is not liable for service disruptions caused by the User's own fault.
- The training programs provided by the App do not constitute medical practice and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the Seoul Central District Court.
